New Zealand license reporting terms announced
The Dutch Gambling Authority has published new rules on the reporting conditions to (future) licensees. For example, from October 1, 2021, licensees will be obliged to report all serious incidents to the KSA within 72 hours if these incidents would damage trust in the sector. This reporting obligation is in addition to the existing reporting obligations.
